If you are a current patient in our office undergoing comprehensive orthodontic treatment (full braces), you are automatically enrolled in this program. If you refer a patient to our office, once that patient begins their comprehensive treatment (full braces), you will receive a $50 gift card (the referred patient must require full, comprehensive treatment to qualify - retainers or limited orthodontic treatment do not qualify for this promotion).
